I had an amazing experience getting help with my WiFi connection! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and quick to figure out the issue. I initially had trouble due to receiving the incorrect device but the issue was resolved extremely quickly as I received the correct device in three days and as soon as I plugged in the device my service worked straight away so thank you Occom for all your help and support I'm extremely happy with Occom now.
